From D.C. to Doha, K&L Gates is committed to fostering the community of women professionals.
Our firmwide Women in the Profession (WIP) Committee works to identify and promote ways for women lawyers to advance their careers. Local and regional office WIP Committees hold a variety of programs with a focus on our women lawyers’ internal and external business development, promoting women as leaders and role models, and enhancing the sense of community among women professionals within the firm and in our markets at large.
