Amy Horn is the chief officer of people and projects at the firm. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing personnel strategies in support of the firm’s overall business plan and strategic direction. Amy also leads and directs functions related to the firm’s personnel, thereby developing strategies regarding the firm’s human resources, analyzing and automating processes, and identifying methods for continuous improvement and efficiencies. She also serves as the assistant secretary to the management committee.
