Darlene Ghavimi

Darlene Ghavimi is a partner and is a member of the IP litigation practice group. She has litigated jury and bench trials in district courts in Texas, Delaware, and California, as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Darlene has experience in many fields of art including semiconductors, software and computer systems, mechanical devices, pharmaceutical compositions, and medical devices.

Darlene also represents clients in trademark and patent prosecution matters as well as in contentious trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Darlene is a licensed patent attorney and is admitted to practice in Texas, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Darlene has been selected since 2017 to Rising Stars for Intellectual Property Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Darlene served as a principal at an intellectual property law firm where she represented clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation as well as patent and trademark prosecution.
