Patrick Marré is a senior associate at K&L Gates and a member of the telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group. He advises national and international clients on intellectual property/information technology law, including copyright, trademark, competition, and data protection law, as well as art law.
Patrick represents clients in complex litigation proceedings before German courts. He also consults on IP portfolio management and strategy. This includes negotiations with opposing parties, drafting of contracts as well as the enforcement of the client’s own rights. His clients range from private individuals to international corporations.
