Lillian Chen is an associate in the firm's Taipei office and a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. Her experience includes advising on offshore fund matters, renewable energy matters, venture capital fundraisings and investments, and other general corporate and commercial matters.
In respect of the offshore fund matters, Lillian advises on offshore fund registrations in Taiwan, and the offshore fund’s master agent transition projects, including the establishment of SICE and its internal control system.
