K&L Gates Triage: The Preventing Harm Exception to the ONC Information Blocking Rule

The presenters begin by providing some general background on the ONC Information Blocking Rule, then discuss how the Preventing Harm Exception may protect certain lawful practices engaged in by health care providers that may otherwise constitute information blocking under the new Information Blocking Rule.
