K&L Gates Assists Go Instore in Acquisition by Emplifi
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has assisted video-powered retail platform Go Instore in its acquisition by Emplifi, a leading unified customer experience platform and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity.
