K&L Gates Advises Vertical Bridge in $1.4 Billion Asset-Backed Securitization
New York – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC, the largest private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the United States, and several of its subsidiaries in a $1.4 billion securitization of cell tower leases in the United States. The offering marks the seventh successful asset backed securities (ABS) financing by Vertical Bridge since 2016.
The K&L Gates team, led by New York partner Anthony Nolan, consisted of 15 other legal professionals from eight offices in three different countries including Virginia Stevenson and Kevin Szu-Tu in Charlotte; Donald Bingham in Chicago; Jan Boeing in Luxembourg; Philip Morgan and Kai Zhang in London; David Baghdassarian in Miami; Robert Honeywell, Alan Schacter and Carol Sanchez in New York; Todd Gibson in Pittsburgh; and Eric Feldman, Scott Waxman, Zack Sager and Stephanie Wallo in Wilmington.
