K&L Gates Advises Tristar Worldwide in Sale of Luxury Car Business

London - Lawyers from the London office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP have advised the vendors of Project Tristar Limited in the sale of chauffeur business Tristar Worldwide to Addison Lee, a UK private car hire company.
Tristar, which operates the largest luxury car fleet in the UK, has revenues of $50m per year with a global footprint of offices in London, Manchester, Paris, New York, Boston, and Hong Kong. This acquisition enables Addison Lee to create Europe’s largest executive car service and expand its operations in the U.S. and Asian markets, with a combined fleet of approximately 1,000 premium vehicles worldwide.
London corporate partner Paul Tetlow led the K&L Gates team that advised the vendors, supported by London corporate senior associate Riley Kemp, corporate trainee Patrick Dixon, tax partner Giles Bavister, tax associate David Jacob, and employment senior associate Emma Thomas.
