K&L Gates Advises Sinch AB on Acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect
Pittsburgh – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Sinch AB (publ) (XSTO: SINCH) on its acquisition of SAP SE’s Digital Interconnect group. A global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement, Sinch is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has a presence in more than 40 countries. Closing of the transaction took place November 1 for EUR 225 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, the SAP Digital Interconnect group offers cloud communications services to more than 1,500 enterprise customers worldwide. Its customer base includes companies from a range of industries, including technology, banking, payment gateways, retailers, and mobile operators.
