K&L Gates Advises Management of atHome Group on Sale from Oakley Capital
A team of lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised the management of the atHome Group on Oakley Capital’s agreement to sell a majority stake in the group to Mayfair Equity Partners.
atHome is an online classifieds and mortgage broking business in Luxembourg. Following the transaction, atHome will continue to expand on its market-leading offering to consumers and customers, and deliver growth across its core property, mortgage, and automotive verticals.
The London-based K&L Gates team that advised atHome’s management was led by private equity partner James Cross.
