K&L Gates Advises Leaders Romans Group CEO and Management Team on Acquisition
London - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised the CEO and management team of Leaders Romans Group (LRG) on the acquisition of the business by Platinum Equity from existing investor Bowmark.
London private equity partner James Cross led the K&L Gates team that acted for CEO Peter Kavanagh and the management team of LRG. The multidisciplinary team from London also included support from private equity associates Toby Karenowski and Andrew Poole; employment partner Paul Callegari; and employment associate Natalie Taylor.
