K&L Gates Advises Kaman Corporation on $700 Million Sale of Distribution Segment
Charleston - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP served as the lead legal advisor to Kaman Corporation (NYSE: KAMN) on the sale of the company’s distribution segment to affiliates of private equity investment firm Littlejohn & Co., LLC, for total cash consideration of $700 million, excluding certain working capital adjustments.
Kaman is a premier designer and manufacturer of critical components, structures, and systems for commercial, military, and industrial customers through its aerospace business and operates 14 facilities around the world with approximately 3,000 employees.
