K&L Gates Advises Cascades Inc. in Packaging Plant Purchase from Rand-Whitney

New York - Lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP have advised Canada-based Cascades Inc. (TSX: CAS), a leader in the recovery and manufacturing of green packaging and tissue products, in its acquisition of a corrugated packaging plant in Newtown, Connecticut.
