K&L Gates Advises Beatty Marketing & Sales on Acquisition by Aspen Surgical Products

Seattle – A team of lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Beatty Marketing & Sales LLP on its acquisition by Audax Private Equity-owned Aspen Surgical Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of surgical disposable products. Headquartered in Redmond, Washington, Beatty Marketing & Sales provides high-quality orthopedic products, including foam positioners, sterile positioning kits, and suture retrievers to hospital and ambulatory surgery center customers across North America.
The K&L Gates team was led by Seattle partner C.J. Voss and included Seattle partners Robert Starin, Marisa Bocci, and Mark Wittow; Research Triangle Park partner Michael Hinckle; Seattle of counsel Catherine Smith; and Seattle associates Jonathan Shallow, Doug Logan, Jennifer Addis, and Pouya Ahmadi, reflecting the firm’s integrated approach to health care transactions.
