K&L Gates Advises Arena Holdings on Celonis Series C Financing
Berlin - Global law firm K&L Gates advised Arena Holdings on their investment in Celonis, a leader in Process Mining and Process Excellence software. Arena led the $290 million Series C financing alongside a group of strategic investors and established entrepreneurs, valuing Celonis at $2.5 billion.
