K&L Gates Adds Health Care Partner, Additional Associates to New Nashville Office

Nashville - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Matthew Miller as a health care partner in the firm’s recently opened Nashville office. Miller, who joins K&L Gates from Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP (Waller), is one of several new lawyers K&L Gates has added in its Nashville office since announcing the establishment of the office early last month, with other hires in recent weeks including associates from Waller; Butler Snow LLP; Dickinson Wright PLLC; Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP; and Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.
 
Reuniting with former Waller colleagues – now K&L Gates partners – Ken Marlow, Kim Looney, Stephen Page, and Wells Beckett in his move, Miller represents health care providers, private equity investors, venture capital funds, public and privately held companies, and others on a broad range of corporate services, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, equity investments, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, debt refinancings, and securities law compliance. Among the numerous industries in which he assists clients are health care, including private equity and digital health; biotech; medical devices; life sciences; retail; consumer products; and sports and entertainment.
