Kevin Cao is a Corporate and M&A partner in the firm’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Asia and Latin America practices. He focuses on venture capital financings, reorganizations, M&A transactions and corporate governance matters. He has represented various domestic and international clients across industries, including technology, products, banking, energy, aviation, real estate with respect to venture capital investments, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. In his public company practice, he has advised NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies and their insiders on SEC reporting and compliance.
