Ken Knox is counsel with the antitrust and trade regulation practice group. He represents companies and individuals in a variety of litigation support and e-discovery roles, focusing on the preparation and submission of Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and related activities.
Mergers & Acquisitions (Hart-Scott-Rodino Filings)
Ken has almost 20 years of experience in preparing and submitting Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings on behalf of both Fortune 500 clients and smaller companies. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of HSR compliance, including submission requirements, exemptions, and filing strategies. He also has broad experience conducting foreign filings analyses for mergers and acquisitions with international components.
E-Discovery and Litigation
Ken has led some of the largest HSR Second Request document productions ever submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice and/or Federal Trade Commission, and has managed large teams of lawyers and staff working on a wide variety of discovery and litigation-related projects. His primary focus has been on e-discovery and document reviews in the areas of antitrust litigation, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, and white-collar crime. He helps oversee all phases of the discovery process including retention, custodian identification, privilege issues, collection and review, as well as post-production litigation support.
