REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm, Kate served as an associate at an international law firm, where she focused her practice on corporate matters. Kate has experience in foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, data privacy, and TMT. Specifically, Kate has advised multinational companies on various legal aspects regarding their strategy and business in China.
