Joseph Trahern is of counsel at the firm and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph served as executive director for federal government affairs at a national telecommunications company where he was lead lobbyist and government affairs strategist for Senate Democrats, covering a wide range of telecom, media, antitrust, and tax issues.
Joseph also has experience in all aspects of official, legislative, communications, and political operations for members of Congress, as well as members and staff for both the US House of Representatives and US Senate. He also has extensive presidential campaign and executive branch experience.
