Jason Kirk is a member of the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. His practice focuses on forming and operating US and offshore private funds, including private credit, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds, and representing institutional investors in connection with alternative investments. Jason counsels investment managers on a broad range of matters that includes the organization of investment advisers and general partners, securities regulation, and secondaries, co-investment, and other transactions.
