International Women’s Day is a global initiative, recognizing the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women and calling for action to accelerate women's equality around the world. This year our offices around the globe celebrated throughout the month of March by producing events to benefit local women's shelters, to support women-owned businesses, and to provide encouragement to women both within and outside of our firm.

For anyone interested in celebrating International Women's Day, or helpful career advice we recommend this International Women's Day presentation by Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn, Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court Northern District of Texas. 

The theme of International Women's Day 2022 is #BreakTheBias. We hope everyone shares our commitment to Breaking the Bias.
