General Counsel Rank K&L Gates Among Top 10 Law Firms for Client Service for Second Straight Year
8 December 2015
Boston - For a second consecutive year, global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been identified by general counsel as one of the top 10 law firms for client service excellence, according to the “2016 BTI Client Service 30” released today. K&L Gates is one of only six firms to rank in the top 10 for client service in each of the last two years.
The “Client Service 30” is part of BTI’s annual Client Service A-Team survey, recognizing law firms that consistently deliver the highest levels of service, according to their clients. Through direct and unprompted feedback of more than 300 U.S.-based general counsel and other legal decision-makers at domestic and global companies with more than $1 billion in revenue, the survey rates firms in 17 unique client-relationship activities, including value for dollar, business advice, breadth of service, and client communication.
This is the fourth consecutive year that K&L Gates has been included on the “Client Service 30”, and the firm’s 15th straight appearance on the Client Service A-Team.
