Gateway to Europe - The Route to Launching and Distributing Regulated Funds in Europe

By way of a panel speaker session we will share insights and practices for investing, launching and distributing in Europe, by way of either an EU Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) or Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) fund. In these sessions, our panelists will cover the legal and regulatory requirements to navigating the EU including: asset management company licenses or plug and play solutions; fund administration and depository/custody bank requirements; and routes to facilitating the distribution of funds on a cross-border basis.
