Ewa A. Wojciechowska is an associate in the firm's Chicago office and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Her practice spans a broad range of litigation fora and technologies. She advises clients in all phases of litigation and International Trade Commission investigations, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, trial, as well as pre-trial and post-trial briefing. Some of the technologies at issue in Ewa’s matters have included smart appliances, LED technology, water filtration, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Ewa’s experience additionally includes conducting intellectual property due diligence in connection with large-scale healthcare space acquisition transactions, intellectual property licensing and negotiations, and assessing litigation risks associated with importation into the U.S. of products and chemical formulations manufactured abroad.
Ewa obtained part of her legal education in Spain where she studied international law, international trade, international finance, and interacted with non-U.S. legal professionals, all of which gave her a unique perspective on the practice of law and its interaction with domestic and international business and finance.
Whenever possible, Ewa maintains an active pro bono practice.
