Elsa Mak is a counsel in the firm's Hong Kong office. Elsa has over 15 years of law experience practicing corporate law with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and transactional and non-transactional regulatory advice. Her clients include private and public companies with local and global operations as well as private investment funds. Her client base covers a broad range of sectors including finance, manufacturing and retail, e-commerce, travel, pharmaceutical, and real estate. In addition to transactional work, Elsa has been involved in advising clients on other key related aspects including corporate formation, structuring and restructuring, acquisitions as well as regulatory advice which covers extensive employment and data privacy related issues.
