Prior to joining the firm, Bari served as an associate at a U.S. law firm where she assisted health care providers and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, reorganizations, and private equity recapitalizations and investments. She has experience with hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery companies, dental practices and dental support organizations, private equity firms, and other health care investors.
