Alden Glass is an associate in the firm's Charlotte office. He is a member of the Corporate practice group.
He represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries on corporate, securities, and financing matters. He advises clients regarding a variety of general corporate and securities matters, including periodic reporting obligations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, corporate governance matters and stock exchange rules. Alden also assists clients with securities offerings, including initial public offerings, at-the-market equity offerings, and private placements.
