Advised Hostplus on a circa US$6 billion investment by Maritime Super in the Hostplus pooled superannuation trust.
Advised a large superannuation fund on its participation in a take-private bid for an ASX-listed company.
Advised Aware Super in connection with its US$150 million equity fund partnership with the NSW Government to support job creation and business growth in that state.
Advised a large Australian superannuation fund on its US$15 million direct investment in a US-based tech company.
Acted for the seller, an Australian superannuation fund, in its divestment of a portfolio of private equity interests with an aggregate sale price in excess of AU$220 million.
Acted on successor fund transfers for both transferee funds and transferor funds.
Advised on significant amendments to the trust deeds for several leading industry funds to address significant regulatory and legal developments.
Acted in multiple custody transitions, including the transfer of approximately AU$1 billion in alternatives, equity, and debt assets from National Australia Bank to JP Morgan.
