Represented Prenetics, Hong Kong’s first unicorn, from inception to its exit by way of a de-SPAC on the NASDAQ, including on all their early and late stage venture financings, their pre-IPO financing round, and their acquisitions such as Oxsed.
Represented 17LIVE, a social networking entertainment start-up backed by Temasek, in connection with its Series D fundraising led by Vertex Growth Fund, alongside Stonebridge Korea Unicorn Venture Fund, Innoven Capital Singapore, and Kaga Electronics, and acquisition of MeMeLive, a live streaming platform controlled by a Beijing-based social gaming developer.
Represented EmergeVest, a global PE fund, in its seed investment in Lucy, a Singapore-based neobank focusing on women entrepreneurs.
Represented Dash Living, a Hong Kong-based co-living start-up on its acquisition of ITH Japan, as well as venture financings from Mindworks and Grosvenor.
Represented TradeBeyond, a Hong Kong-based SaaS start-up providing supply chain management services, in connection with its Series A financing led by BPEA-EQT.
Advised BC Technology Group, a Hong Kong-listed digital asset and fintech company, in its investment in Philippine Digital Asset Exchange.
Represented Aigens, an innovative food and beverage omni-channel SaaS technology company, in connection with its Series A financing led by Ant Group.
Represented Lingfeng Capital, a PRC-headquartered growth capital private equity fund, in respect of its investment in Long Bridge, a company that operates an online securities trading platform in the PRC, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand; and 9M Technologies, a company that provides analytics solutions for fixed income investment.

Advised KEF Audio, one of the world’s largest high-end speaker brands with group companies listed in Hong Kong and Singapore, in its corporate restructuring and financing.
Represented 17LIVE INC., a livestreaming platform as outside general counsel in relation to its operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore. This includes assisting with the incorporation of its local Hong Kong subsidiaries, drafting internal company policies and other governance policies, and providing local Hong Kong regulatory advice in relation to the operations of its business in Hong Kong.
